OPG Sajko Darijo participated in BIOFACH 2026 in Nuremberg, the world’s leading trade fair for organic food and organic raw materials, where the company was selected to present within the Start-up Pitches program.

During the presentation, the company introduced its organic chamomile production, highlighting a fully controlled process – from cultivation in its own fields in Slavonia, Croatia, to a modern and innovative chamomile drying and processing facility. Special emphasis was placed on hot water drying technology, which helps preserve active ingredients and natural quality while reducing environmental impact.

Participation at BIOFACH provided an opportunity to present a wide range of chamomile products intended for the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic industries, as well as to establish new international business connections.

The growing demand for organic raw materials across the European market confirms the importance of reliable producers with certified quality, full traceability, and controlled production processes, which represents the foundation for the further development of OPG Sajko Darijo.
